60 Days Left Until Tracking Numbers Expire
All tracking numbers expire around 60-80 days after being generated, so if you have any queries about your order, you must raise them in the next two months to ensure you’re able to receive your order.

Hi everyone,
We’re delighted to say the MiniPen production is coming to a close, which will shortly be followed by assembly and quality checks, and so shipping will start in the next few weeks.
Finalise your addresses within 7 days!
All addresses will be locked in 7 days and sent to the fulfilment centre for label printing and preparation, where we may not be able to unlock/amend them before shipping.
Here’s how to check you’ve added the right address on BackerKit:
1. Visit https://minipen-ig.backerkit.com 2. Submit the email you used for your Kickstarter pledge 3. Follow the email link to your survey and check your shipping address
If your address has changed recently or you can’t access the survey, email us directly, as soon as possible at: [email protected]
Getting In Touch About Your Address
Please firstly refer to your BackerKit survey before getting in touch, as it’s possible to instantly confirm your current address there.
If you get in touch, please email us within 7 days and forward us your Pledge Confirmation email so we can find your order instantly. This will ensure we get your address fixed before shipping commences.

Hey everyone,
Thanks so much for your continued patience. We’re happy to report that production for the MiniPens is now well underway across all components. We’re on track for a late April to early May shipping window.
Where We’re At
After finalizing the design of the large refills, we’ve managed to increase ink capacity by 10% compared to our initial prototypes.
All other components are also moving smoothly. Materials are secured, machining is ongoing, and several parts are nearing completion.
We held off on sending this update until we could confidently say everything was moving without bottlenecks. That moment is now.
Some minor timeline tweaks were needed due to the complexities of the Damascus material and the added length of the MiniPen and its refills, but everything is back on track.

Hey everyone,
We know you’ve had a long wait, but we’re delighted to tell you all that we’re now deep into production for every single part of the MiniPens and everything is on a good track for a late April/early May ship date.
Status Update
After making the final adjustments on the large refills, we’ve successfully added another 10% more ink to the inner compared to our initial designs.
We’re also glad to say all the other parts that were already well into production, all have their materials sourced and already machining, with some looking to complete in the coming weeks.
We wanted to wait until we were confident that everything was at least in motion to drop this incredibly important update, with nothing slowing us down now.
Getting the material right for Damascus and the additional constraints on the longer MiniPen and refills led to a few small adjustments to the timeline, but rest assured we aim to finish this as soon as possible.

We’re getting closer to the end of production, and we need your help! If you haven’t completed your BackerKit survey yet, please do so as soon as possible. This is how you confirm your MiniPen material, choose any upgrades, and provide your shipping details.

If you used Apple Hide My Email, please contact us at [email protected] with your backer number, pledge details, and real email to ensure you receive your survey correctly.
Why Is This Important?
We can’t move forward with finalizing production until we have enough surveys completed. The sooner we receive them, the sooner we can finalise manufacturing, quality-checking, and shipping your MiniPens. Late survey submissions can cause delays, so please fill yours out as soon as possible.
